LOCAL NORMAL MAIL

Parcels sent to local addresses (Singapore) usually take about 2-7 working days via Singapore Post. However, do note that parcels may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, e.g. festive season/human error etc and may take longer than stipulated time.

Hareway will not be responsible for any lost unregistered mail. Therefore, we highly recommend choosing Registered Mail or Courier Services to prevent disappointment. 

LOCAL REGISTERED MAIL 

Registered Mail (at additional S$2.24) is highly recommended so that customers can track their order. Parcels sent to local addresses (Singapore) usually take about 2-3 working days via Singapore Post. However do note that parcels may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, e.g. festive season/human errror etc and may take longer than stipulated time. 

Once your order has been shipped, we will update you with a Registered Article number (RA) that allows you to track your parcel here.

EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE (WITHIN SINGAPORE)

To receive your item within the next working day, please select our express courier service at additional S$7. Tracking number will be provided and there is a redelivery should there be no one at home for the first delivery attempt.  

OVERSEAS MAIL

All free overseas shipping is via Singapore Post overseas surface mail. Customers in Malaysia and Brunei enjoy free air mail at no addtional cost. Singapore Post Air mail is also available for other countries at an additional cost, which will be stated when you check your order out.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subjected to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimated time.

ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday. Hareway will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Hareway complies with specific shipping restrictions determined by international trading regulation.

Prices may vary for different countries for selected products.

If you add one of these items to your cart and your shipping destination is one of the restricted countries, you will be prompted to remove it before proceeding. If you wish to continue with the purchase, you will need to change the destination address.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from Hareway, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Hareway. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us and we care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subjected to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities.

We provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and to comply with local laws.

GIFTS

If the order is a gift, the package will be marked "Gift," but the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to declare the value of the gift item directly on the package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Singapore may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Conditions of Use of the Hareway website. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in Singapore.
