CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

Under Account Information, click Password. You will be prompted to enter a new password.

Please note: If you have signed up to receive Hareway email updates, but have not set a password, please proceed to register an account with us. 

FORGOT PASSWORD

If you have forgetten your password, Hareway will email you a temporary password. Do update to your preferred password immediately after you have logged in. 

CHANGE YOUR LOGIN INFORMATION

Under Account Information, click Login Information. You will arrive at a screen that will allow you to change your email address, phone number, and/or the name associated with your account.

Please note: If you change your email address, you will need to use the new email address you have changed to in order to log in to your account.

ADD/REMOVE AN ADDRESS

Under Account Information, click Address Book. Here, you can add a new address, remove an existing address, or edit an existing address.

To add an address, click Add New Address, enter the necessary information, and click Save.

CHECK ON YOUR ORDER(S)

Under Order History, click on View Past and Pending Orders. Here, you will find a list of orders sorted by date, including the order status, order number, and order amount. If your order has been shipped, the status will have a link to your tracking information.

VIEW GIFT CERTIFICATES

Check on the number, status, and expiration date of gift certificates assigned to your account, as well as their remaining value.
